2024 Short-term International Study Program 乐中文 / Learn In China in Chongqing was successfully completed.

  The lecturers and students of the 乐中文 / Learn In China short-term international study program in Chongqing from October 13-26, 2024 went to Chongqing for study and work, and the activity was smoothly held at Xinan University. 28 program members had a total of 2 weeks of study and exchange.

  The opening ceremony of the project was honored by Mr. Geng Jun, Deputy Dean of the International College of Xinan University, Mr. Dou Tiqian, President of the Alliance of International Chinese Language Model Schools in Thailand, and Sino-Thai Education Technology Co., Ltd. (Affiliate Secretariat), and Ms. Dolruthai Saeyang, Manager of Sino-Thai Education Technology Co., Ltd., who attended the opening ceremony of the project, with Ms. Liu Huan, a professor from Xinan University, as the moderator.

  Mr. Geng Jun, Vice Dean of the College of International Studies, said at the opening ceremony that he wished all participants a smooth learning experience in all aspects. He hoped that students could enhance their understanding of Chinese language and culture, and build an ideal that promotes the advancement of world civilization through mutual exchange and learning, and become good ambassadors of China-Thailand friendship. He also invited all students to come to Xinan University after graduating from high school.

  Mr. Dou Tiqian, President of the Model Schools Alliance, said at the opening ceremony that he would like to express his deepest gratitude to the International College of Xinan University for attaching such importance to this project, and would like to express his congratulations and appreciation for what the students have gained from this short-term exchange program in China, including knowledge of Chinese language and culture and close contact with China.

  Ms. Dolruthai Saeyang, Manager of Sinothai Co., Ltd., would like to thank the college for its full support in preparing accommodation and meals with care, as well as supporting various effective study welfare programs, and hopes for more cooperation in the future.

  During the project

  Participants not only learned the Chinese language and culture courses provided by the university, but also visited places such as the Administration Office, the History Museum of Xinan University, and the Library, etc. They also visited important cultural sites in Chongqing, such as the Dazu Rock Carvings and other popular tourist areas in Chongqing, to learn about the history, culture, and lifestyle of local people. Through this study tour, participants had the opportunity to understand all aspects of life at Xinan University, including food and local scenery, which improved their Chinese and allowed them to plan their future Chinese+ careers.
